What is the "Full Night Colour" of F17 Elite?
F17 Elite’s Full Night Colour represents advanced innovation in imaging technology. It uses high-performance image sensors and intelligent processing algorithms to deliver high-definition colour footage in near-zero or complete darkness.
Unlike traditional night vision systems that rely on infrared illumination (resulting in monochrome footage), Full Night Colour enables daylight-like colour imaging in lighting conditions as low as 0.1 lux through ultra-sensitive sensors and advanced AI ISP processing.

Does the Full Night Colour work on all 3 channels of the F17 Elite?
No, Full Night Colour is only supported by the cabin camera.
What does the Hardwire Kit do? Do I have to install it?
The hardwire kit is required to activate the parking monitoring function. Without it, parking monitoring will not operate.
If you’re not confident with installation, we recommend having it fitted by a professional installer or local auto workshop.
For the best experience and to access all features of the F17 Elite, installing the hardwire kit is strongly recommended.
Can I install the rear camera of F17 Elite outside the car?
No, the rear camera is not waterproof and should be installed inside the vehicle, typically on the rear windscreen.
Do I need to purchase an additional memory card?
Your F17 Elite includes a REDTIGER industrial-grade 128GB TF card at no extra cost.
If you require additional storage, you can select a higher-capacity option on the product page or purchase separately. The F17 Elite supports memory cards up to 512GB.

Absolutely love the device and the hardwirekit that came with it. Highly recommend this product, the quality of the footage is amazing both in front, rear and cabin.
Really easy to fit in to my 2019 Kia. Hardwire kit was easy to fit with the help of a volt meter as I had 2 spare fuses, one permanent and one accessory fuse. Access to the fuse box was easy, just had to pop out a side cover on the dashboard next to the steering wheel. Only took a few minutes to run the rear cable to the back window, pushing the cable in to the door rubbers and using the pry tool to slightly move the tops of the plastic pillars. Pry tool popped out the rubber conduit hoses from between the tailgate and the main body easily. Removed the cover at the top of the tailgate, fed the cable to the rear window, stuck the rear view camera to the glass using the clear adhesive stickers and replaced the top cover. Looks really neat on the rear window. Really good quality cameras and quickly downloads videos to my phone via WiFi.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I uploaded some footage to the police & the resolution of the footage taken from my £250 ‘Dashcam of the year BS!’ Was recorded at a resolution of 568 x 320. You couldn’t read the number plate of the car that was 7 feet away from the end of my bonnet! 4K footage?! What a load of nonsense. If you want my advice - stay away and save your money!!
The camera arrived quickly and was pretty easy to install. The instructions are excellent, as is the supplied kit. I was impressed with that, and also by the quality of the hardware itself. The images are very high quality and through the app it’s very simple to download what you need. Overall, this was exactly what I was looking for. There is one drawback for me, and that is no ability to immediately overwrite, or have constant loop recording. Maybe there will be a software update for this in the future, as I don’t want to save video of anything other than “incidents”. When ordering a further product I needed to contact customer services, and I must say they dealt with the situation really efficiently. I’m glad I went with Redtiger after considering many other options.
Order came really quick and item was as expected. Pretty easy to fit too into the cigarette port in my car and doesn’t look tacky, nice and easy fit and tucking the wires in wasn’t much of a hassle either. Definitely recommend
